Jackson Freedom League Seasonal Fees/Dues

JFL Team Expectation and Waiver of Liability (please read)

It?s expected that all coaches place the emotional/physical well-being of all players ahead of a personal desire to win.

It?s expected that all coaches provide a safe playing situation for all players.

It?s expected that all coaches provide an environment free of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol use at all JFL events.

It?s expected that all coaches promote fair play and sportsmanship at all times.

IN CONSIDERATION OF MY TEAM that participates in any Jackson Freedom League Youth Football event-HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Jackson Freedom League Youth Football, their officers, directors, officials, volunteers, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, tournament host, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ( RELEASEES ), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or
loss or damage to person or property, incident to my players/cheerleaders/staff, my own involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. Additionally, any event that a team participates in a non- Jackson Freedom League Youth Football sponsored event, the Jackson Freedom League Youth Football is 100% removed from any responsibility.
