SUSPENSION APPEAL (read below then click above) Since 2018, a player/coach/owner has the ability to appeal a suspension. This link provides the avenue to begin the appeal process. Please know there are guidelines which need to be followed, and we ask you to adhere to them appropriately. Guidelines: • Once you submit the appeal to the League, the process has begun, and your team owner will be responsible for the $100 appeal fee payable within 48 hours from start of the game. • Your appeal must be received by noon of the day after the incident. The League will render a decision within seven days from receipt of the appeal. • While you are appealing your suspension you will have the ability to continue to play. If your appeal is denied you will be required to serve your suspension immediately. If your suspension is overturned the $100 will be returned to your team owner. • You may rescind your appeal and serve your suspension immediately by sending an email to the League’s Umpire-in-Chief Tyler Stampone at tjstampone@gmail.com. The $100 appeal fee is still required. • Where an appeals process begins and the player/coach/owner’s season ends, the suspension of the player/coach/owner may continue to be carried over into the subsequent season. • If a player/coach/owner is ejected and the game is suspended, the player/coach/owner remains ineligible to attend the suspended game even if he is appealing (the ejection carries to the suspended game). • All decisions on appeals are final. |
