"I've been an NCAA Umpire for 42 years. I played 4 years at Temple Univ. and 2 years in the Phillies Organization. I have worked many NCAA playoff games and tournaments. I am also a PIAA and American Legion Umpire. I have worked the Perky League for several years."
Mike has worked his way up through the ranks to become a solid PVTL Umpire.
RON BRUNNER
Ron has umpired in the PCL for the last 20 years. He played at Father Judge and won a title in 1985.
He is also a PCL basketball & football official. This is his 1st year in the Perky League.
JOHN CONNOR
I've been umpiring for 15 years. The laast 6 of which, I have enjoyed working the Perky League. I work High School Varsity games i the PAC 10, SOL, & the Friends Leagues. I am also American Legion certified. Baseball has been part of my life for many years having played high school ball at Roman Catholic, college at Philadelphia Textile, & in the semi-pro ranks.
Dan is a member of United (NCAA) umpires & is currently the Delco ChapterRlues Interpreter.
Tyler is one of finest young umpires in the area. His balls & strikes are impeccable.
LOU DEBASIO
"Entering my 45th season umpiring (with some limited duty here and there due to family and job commitments) and worked my first Perky League game with John Kudoba! I've worked in central New York state (Rochester area), South Jersey and here in Montgomery County since 1991. I work most of my PIAA baseball now on the Varsity level and work mostly Junior and Senior American Legion and Perky League in the summer, but I love the game at any level! I also worked an invitational tournamnet in Kauai, Hawaii in 1993 and a number of Perky League final playoff series over the years. I coached my son at the Little League level and played for the MSBL for a couple of seasons. I attended Jim Evan's Academy of Baseball pro camp in Arizona in 1992. I've served as the PIAA Norristown Chapter and NBUA rules interpreter since 1993 and currently serve as the NBUA Vice President. It's a sincere pleasure working with the finest group of umpires of my career."
RAY D'ORAZIO
"For the last 21 years, I have been a PIAA and Legion umpire. I have coached at the high school and college level as well. It has been a great experience being an umpire in the Perky League for the last 11 years. I look forward to many more exciting seasons working as an umpire in this league."

BILL "BABS" HAINES
"I work in the CBUA and umpire in all divisions of NCAA Baseball. I've worked in the Delco League for 25 years and also work in the West Chester Mens League. I umpire in the Catholic League and Inter-Ac Leagues. I also umpire PIAA games in Delco and Chester Counties."I have 38 years of experience.
GLENN KOCHANOWICZ
Glenn played 2 year of college baseball and several years in various Men's Leagues. He's also coached Little League and in the high school ranks as well. Glenn has been an NCAA D-1 umpire for the past 13 seasons. He's also worked PIAA, American Legion, Perky League, & was a MLB fill-in.
TIM KUSNIEZ
I began umpiring in 1994 after my paying career. I have been PIAA certified since 2003 and have also worked NCAA baseball since 2011.I have been a Perky League umpire since 2015.
JASON McDERMOTT
NCAA Umpire, will be my 2nd season umpiring the Perky League.
DAVE MILLMAN
Growing up and loving the game of baseball, I began my umpiring 32 years ago in New Jersey with the NJSIAA. I've worked American Legion games for 26 years and joined the PIAA since moving to PA in 2009. In 2019, I became a member of the CBUA. This will be my 5th season in the Perky League. I enjoy doing higher caliber play, such as the Perky League and look forward to the Spring and Summer every year
MIKE QUINN
I have been umpiring for 16 years, 9years at the PVTL level. I enjoy doing all levels of baseball. I have trained under the Jim Evans program and recently attended a Wendelstedt clinic. I look forward to the upcoming season.
Rob is a veteran umpire that can work all levels and is very solid.
SHAWN SEELEY
"I’ve been umpiring in the PIAA for 10 years and over 31 years in Maine at many different levels ever since my college days in the mid 1980’s. I transferred down from Maine 6 years ago. I am also a member of the CBUA. I love the early Springs and late Falls to umpire almost year round!"
Nate is one of the finest young up and coming Umpires out there. 2024 will be his 1st full season working the PVTL.
JOHN SOLOMON
I have worked the last 8 years in the NCAA for the CBUA. This will be my 4nd season with the Perky League. I have also worked the WCABL for the last 8 years & have been affiliated with the PIAA for the last 12 years umpiring ballgames.
MATT STUHLTRAGER
Have a strong passion and love for umpiring the game of baseball. Umpiring Blue Mountain, MSBL, American Legion and PIAA Districts 1, 11 and 12. PIAA Championship Umpire 2018. Associated with Stampone Umpiring Service, Bethlehem Umpires Association, Philadelphia Umps Catholic League and Inter AC League, Skylands Umpires, Maple Zone Sports Institute.
JAN TASHMAN
This is my 33rd season as an umpire. I have over 30 years experience working American Legion & PIAA baseball. I also have been an NCAA umpire the last 7 years as well. This will be my 2nd full year working in the Perky League. I enjoy this league, in particular, because of the competition and high quality of baseball.
ED WILLIAMSON
I have umpired NCAA D-ll, D-lll, & JUCO baseball in Mutrtle Beach, SC @ The Ripken Complex 2010-2020. I'm a member of the CBUA. I've worked Coastal Carolina Fall & Spring Scrimmages from 2015-2017, also worked North & South Carolina high school schedules from 2010-2019.Moved back to PA from South Carolina in 2019 and umpired games in the PVTL, also worked the Pac-10 and American Legion baseball. Head Baseball Coach & teacher at Governor Mifflin HS (retired) in Shillington, Pa. Elected into the Governor Mifflin HOF in 2010. American Legion Coach 1982-1999 and won a State Championship in 1997. Elected into the PA American Legion HOF in 1998. I played college baseball at Juniata College.
NATE WOOD
"I have been umpiring for 13 years. The last 7 of those years have been at the NCAA level. I moved up to that level because I enjoy working around good skill and competition.
