South Jersey Senior Softball League Registration Form New players need to fill out and submit a registration form to be considered for a playing roster. This is required to enter the league. Players only need to complete this form once, upon entrance to the league. If a player has left the league to play elsewhere, they will need register again when returning. |

South Jersey Senior Softball League Insurance Waiver Form This form allows one player to read and sign an insurance waiver form for the current playing year. This form is required to be completed annually in order to play in the league. |
