Sponsor Registration This document will serve as a contractual agreement between the South Spencer Youth League and the Sponsor registering, with the sponsor agreeing to sponsor the 2024 South Spencer Youth League at the amount indicated and the SSYL agreeing to provide the sponsorship package(s). *Team sponsors are limited to the number of teams in league. |

SSYL Rec All-Star Tournament 2025 Location: Rockport, IN Address: 930 Fairground Dr., Rockport, IN 47635 Phone: 8126860869 Dates: 06/27/25 - 06/29/25 8U, 10U, 12U Entry Fee: $350 (NO GATE OR PARKING FEE) Three or more teams from the same league and submitting payment on one check - $325 per team If paid by June 1, 2024. Submit Registration and pay by June 1, 2024, to guarantee acceptance in tourney. After June 1, acceptance is by availability only. Three games are guaranteed with final championship games seeded from the playing pool games. Each division will have Championship award, 12 per team. If tournament is canceled a full refund will be given. If tournament is canceled because of weather on the weekend of play a refund based on the number of games not played (1-3) will be refunded. If 1 game played refund $175. If 2 games played refund $75. |
