2025 WHRL youth registration form Online registration form for the 2025 WHRL softball and baseball season. Age groups for 2025 are 10u, 12u, and 15u for both softball and ball (age on April 30th, 2025). One form is required for each participant. Please remember to select payment option on the last screen. Deadline: Form must be submitted by February 28th to avoid a $25 late registration fee. The payment of $100/participant for early registration must be postmarked in by March 15th. The payment of $125/participant for late registration must be post marked by May 1st. Registration form is submitted online, payments are mailed in. Payments should be mailed to: White Heath Recreation League PO Box 204 White Heath, IL 61884 No registration is complete until this form has been submitted with the appropriate registration fee.
