As a local 501(c)3 and 100% volunteer organization the foundation of our success are our volunteers, community partners, donors, and sponsors.  Each year the generosity and support from these groups allows us to continually improve the experience for our participants and continue our investment in maintaining and expanding the Ball Field in White Heath. As a non-profit organization a large portion of our annual revenue comes from donations and sponsorships in the form of cash or in-kind goods and services.   Our banner sponsors at the White Heath Field include everyone from local families, farms, and businesses. In 2021 we brought back Team sponsorship and since then each team has proudly displayed a location business name on their jerseys. Umpires Needed for the 2024 Softball and Baseball season!

The WHRL is looking for both plate and field umpires for the 2024 Season. 

• All games are played during the week (M-F)
• There are typically two games per night. 
• Games are played at the either the White Heath Ball Field or the Forest Preserve Park in Monticello. 
• Opportunities exist for both paid and volunteer umpires. 
• Softball ages 10u, 12u, 15u
• Baseball ages 10u, 12u, 15u
• High School and College students welcome.
• No experience, no worries.  We'll provide training by an experienced and patched umpire as well as
  support along the way.

Become a Sponsor or supporter!

The WHRL offers unique marketing opportunities for businesses to support local sports and gain exposure for your business. 

• For 2023 we will again be offering Team sponsorship. This is an opportunity for local businesses to have their name displayed on the back of the players jerseys for one or more teams.  Cost for the 2023 team sponsorship is $350/team.
  

• Banner sponsorship at the White Heath Field is returning for 2023.   Have your businesses logo will appear on a 3.5’x7’ banner, displayed on the outfield fence from April – Oct.  Cost is just $250 for each banner/calendar year. 

• Become a team sponsor and get discount on your 2023 banner.  

• In-kind services.  In additional to annual maintenance at the existing field, planning is underway for a new field and parking lot at the White Heath facility, we could use your help. In-kind services are a huge part of the WHRL. Areas we're currently in need of include:
