| So how is everyone doing? Do you have commitments? We have not received any forms or $. If we do not have enough participation we will not be able to have the tournament. The money and sign up sheets are due Sept 22nd. NO exceptions.
Team Moms - please talk to your UCA team to see how they are doing. We will have a meeting this Thursday at 6:00. If you are unable to come to the meeting just give me a call and let me know how everyone is doing. Thanks

| Connie I am sad to report that I too have not heard anything from anyone about this. I did talk to Linda and she is really trying and is getting no where. Maybe you could give her a call and give some suggestions.
I spoke to red and Black Dance and stressed the importance but I didn't get much feedback from the kids...sorry
I will see you at the meeting. Lets hope for the best.

| Okay - You HAVE to remind people that this is a fundraiser so if they feel it cost a bit too much then they will realize it is for a cause. If you can't get a foursome then go for the hole sponsors. Try going to a golf course on a Saturday morning and talking to some of the players... those diehard players love golf and play when ever they can....Now go get em'!
Don't forget to tell them that it includes Cont. Breakfast - Hot Lunch -Golf cart - range balls not to mention the chance to win gift cert from the pro shop and the opportunity to help out some kids!

| Thanks for all the hard work. Without golfers and only hole sponsors we can not have a tournament.
Meeting time change. I don't know what I was thinking but I will be there at 6:30 NOT 6:00.

| Connie...I need to know ASAP if this golf tournament is going to go because we will be pushing it this week. We may possibly have 2 golf teams and we are trying to get golf sponsorships. If I collect anything, I won't turn fundsin unless we know the golf tournament is going to happen as we will have to refund them if not. Will we be having any other fundraisers?

| Dianne, anyone can attend to find out any news about the golf tounament we are pushing the tournament we want it to be a great fundraiser. I have a team and a few other people have said they have one. So get your teams together everyone has one more week to turn in golf teams and sponsors.
