Please remember to make two copies of your 4th MP Report Card when you get it tomorrow. This is for Jr. Pee-Wee and UP. Also don't forget about your Dr's Notes and Birth Cerfiticates if you have not already handed them in. You can drop off paperwork to the Rec. Center in an envelope with your name and squad marked on the front. Thank You,

| Also, don't forget that we need a recent picture. The picture has to fit into a space that is 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch, so a small wallet sized photo is best.
