| It seems like once every year, the Bulls drop a game they should handily win. This year the lucky recipient of the Bulls worst game of the year, was the team that needed it most in the hapless 0-12 Giants.
Well. Last week the Bulls took care of the only unbeaten team, and this week they took care off the only winless team.
Game 1 sent spot starter Dave Willetts to the mound, where he battled some bad defense and every blooper seeming to find a hole. Willets gave way in 4th who had some control problems, but still managed alright for his first appearance of year. Mooseau worked a scoreless 7th, but the damamge was done early and the Bulls dropped a 9-2 game.
Spirits were surprisingly high after game 1, the team didn't hit, pitch or play D and in some ways, better to get that game out of the way against a team that will likely not even come close to making the playoffs.
Game 2 sent McKnight to the mound and he pitched 6 strong, giving up 1 run and going to 5-0 on the season. Guy came in for the save and the Bulls won 4-1.
Next up for the Bulls is the Ottawa tournament after a weekend off.
