| To Whom to May Concern:
My name is Alex and I am a junior coach for the Monroe Wolverines cheerleading organization. I am also a former cheerleader for this organization. I have a clear understanding of the current situation and I'm aware of the rule. However, I have a completely different opinion of it. I have cheered for Monroe for 9 years, on each level of the program. Obviously I've developed a love for the sport but there was something that was instilled in me. I was taught so many lessons from the coaches within the Monroe organization. These coaches have taught me the true definition of the word TEAM and that winning isn't everything. It's all about trying your best. I understand that that this is the rule and that rules have to be followed. But the thought of a girl missing out on this experience breaks my heart. Some of my best friends were made through pop warner and I found life-long role models from this organization. Every girl who wants to cheer should have the chance to in a Monroe uniform. The thought of turning down grils who have cheered here their whole lives also breaks my heart. The Monroe organization has had and continues to have such a positive influence in my life and I just feel that everyone should experience that.
Best Regards, Coach Alex Crispino
