| Last week was a good effort by all that turned out, let's see a few more bodies down this week. Thursday night, starting at 7pm at Seedhill Playing Fields. Bring Water (lots) and TRAINERS, not football boots.

| on the map, the car park is located just behind point D, and the park is obviously the large grassy area beside it! none of the running will be done on the track, all on grass - minimal impact on those with dodgy joints!!

come on guys 24 signed players and we can only get 4 to off ice trainning and one of them isn't even a player finger out guys.

| you can wear football boots, its just more comfortable with trainers and saves you getting cracking blisters!! plus they have more cushion to keep your legs in better nick!!
cheers for the guys in attendance, but would be good to see more next week on WEDNESDAY at 6:30 not 7!!!

| As you know Geo I'm keeping my training to the sunny and safe streets of Greenock (until 5's/7's starts in the Lagoon), covered over 160 miles on my bike this week...bring on the new season!!!

Sorry for a time change, but runnng this week will have to be THURSDAY at 7pm. usual place. Any complaints - address them to Big Stevie's maw for having him on the 1st of August (we are going out for his birthday on Wednesday, so it's his fault - everyone welcome tho!!)

| random request, any chance of getin some of the off ice trainin on a sat or a sunday? i cant afford to drop any shifts untill the trainin starts back up, and even then am havin to start my work at 9.30-12 on trainin nights. am workin 6-12 monday to friday, but 10-11.30s in the gym. dont want you guys thinkin am not trainin now.
