| As you are now aware, Red Thunder is going to Worlds!!!!!!!
We are holding auditions in the studio on Saturday, March 1st, from 10am - noon. Those eligible to audition and compete at Worlds are those participants from Black Thunder who competed in Atlanta. We have approximately 4 openings. Two of these openings will be alternates.
To attend Worlds, you must have your account balances up to date by March 10th and $379 by March 30th.

| More detailed information will be given out at auditions but here is the answers to those questions....according to the rules of Worlds:
The $397 is needed to reserve the hotel and for competition entry fees to Worlds. Also, we can only take kids who were registered in Atlanta where the bid was given, therefore, we are opening auditions to those who performed on Black Thunder.
We hope everyone whose interested on Black Thunder comes out and auditions for Red Thunder. This is an exciting time for Ultimate and especially those performing at Worlds.

| I don’t understand the team that got “Ultimate Cheer & Dance” to the world event was Red Thunder. Why are you holding open auditions for Red thunder? Do we have open spots on the team or are you adding more spots? I don’t think that’s right to expand the team that worked so hard to bring the gym so far.

| Parents & Athletes-
PLEASE remember that we are one family at our gym. For the 2008 Worlds, there is no Junior Hip Hop division. On Black Thunder, we have an extreme amount of talent (their awards prove it) that we would like to have showcased at Worlds. We are not trying to bump anyone from Red Thunder or anything of that nature, Bobby & Sherry would just like to enhance the team even more by adding more talent. Although I am writing this, and I'm sure Theresa has already spoken to you, Bobby & Sherry, along with the other dance coaches, should not have to explain their decisions regarding tryouts. At Ultimate, we are constantly trying to build on our teams to improve them... keep that in mind. Let's keep the situation regarding Worlds positive. If you are not aware, this is the very biggest and most prestige competition your athletes will be going to in their hip hop careers. Worlds participants only compete by BID-ONLY, meaning, if you don't have the Bid, you cannot just pay a fee and go. Also, just because Red Thunder is going this year, does not mean they will get a bid next year. That being said, let's ALL encourage ALL of our kids- even from our younger teams- to support one another and keep the negativity out of our gym.
