| To all parents of all athletes at Ultimate Cheer and Dance,
Please make sure you start to book your hotels for this competition season. Laine Stambaugh has put all of the hotels on the message board ( THANK YOU LAINIE). These have been posted since September. Yesterday I received 3 phone calls from 3 of the hotels that I blocked for us stating that noone from our gym has reserved a room. These blocks are only good thru Dec. some of the blocks may expire sooner. Please check to see if you need a room and hold it for the competition that your child is in. Once we get closer the hotels are usually fully booked especially Daytona Beach, 1/9 abd 4/17. Cypress Gardens only has 2 hotels nearby and both are almost full to capacity. For those of you going to Seaworld, the Embassy on Jamacian was the only hotel with availability at this time, there are a couple of conventions at the same time as this comp.

| Tara-There is no hotel for the March 21-22 Competition at Silver Spurs. Are we on our own with this one??? Thanks!!!

Lainie and I have been trying to find a hotel in that area. Kissimee doesnt have too much around there so we are still in the process of looking for something decent that is close by. If you find something on your own let me know and maybe I can call and get a block going, but right now there was nothing.

| I was also looking for hotels for the competitions on December 13th @ Kissimmee Civic Center and 3/21/09 - 3/22/09 @ Kissimmee - Silver Spurs Arena. As you mentioned there are very limited hotels close by that appear attractive. I did locate two possibilities that had some rooms available for both dates however are about 10 miles away. The 1st was Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa.
The reviews say this is a newer condo (built within the year). There is availability for 2, 3 & 4 bedroom suites. 2 bedroom condo averaged $109 - $159.
The 2nd was Caribe Royale Orlando. This hotel also had good reviews. Prices were a little higher at this hotel/resort.
I'm not sure if any of these might be available to block a group of rooms but thought I'd send over the information. I'll keep watching the website to see if any hotels are added.

Thank you for checking on these. We have actually stayed at the Caribe Royale for Worlds and another competition. I will give them a call. Also if you see 1 day competitions we did not block rooms for any of those because most people tend to drive up and come home in the same day. So if you see any 1 day comps with no hotels and you want to stay you can do so and post on the message board in case anyone wants to stay there too.

| Hey guys..last year when we competed at Silver Spurs we stayed in a condo. I am trying to remember the name. It was really nice and pricing was very reasonable. I had friends that stayed at Mike Ditka's Beach resort and they also commented on it be nice. I was just on Hotel.com and they have a special on Mike Ditkas resort for $111.20. Just a thought...~Priscilla~

| There is a Clarion Waterpark + Resort, 2261 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Kissimmee, FL 34744. (phone # 866-975-4337) This hotel is 1.4 miles from the Silverspurs Arena and 4.5 miles from Kissimmee Civic Center. I've never stayed here, but a friend has, and says it's nice. There is a waterpark on site, sounds fun.
