| http://www.soccernjsa.com/teams.htm - just looking to see what players posted looking for teams to play and this caught my attention, especially.."I started life as a striker"...who posted this, Maradona..this guy should be playing at Fulham.
Name: Phil Trayner City: Jersey City State: NJ Email: philtrayner@hotmail.com Group: Men Age: 27 Position: Forward Skills: Advanced CurrentTeam: None (new to the US) Info: I am a tenacious and competitive attacking player with exceptional speed who is comfortable using either of my feet. I started life as a striker but my energy reserves and all-round skill set means that I’ve played the majority of the past few seasons as a winger, where my ability to use both feet has seen me often utilized on the left side of play. I thrive on getting to opposition goal line to cross the ball in and assist goals, beating full-backs with pace and skill. My unparalleled speed means that I’m deadly when balls are delivered over the top of the opposition’s defence. I am the player of choice when the ball is dead with an ability to deliver long free-kicks, shoot from set-pieces as well as whipping the ball in from a corner and taking long throw ins. My dead ball expertise are encapsulated by having never missed a penalty in a game situation. I have also been known to score goals from inside my own half of the field. Date: Thursday March 26, 2009

| Forget Fulham, it sounds like Becks is trying to make another return to the USA.

| The only difference here is Becks has no speed and has missed plenty of penalties (Portugal anyone)plus he throws the ball like Brian:)

| I would love to have someone on the team that can score from anywhere on the field. It sounds easy!
