| All athletes going to Atlanta were e-mailed an invitation from 1 Form. This is your release form. It was due on Friday 1/8/2010. If you did not fill this form out please do so ASAP:
1. go to Cheersport.com
2. click on 1 Form
3. Create a new account/Parents
4. access key is: W81POK

FYI-Tryed to get on tonight and I was able to create account for Starr but unable to sign form due to my computers micro trend security feature blocking it. Tryed several things to turn it off but not to great with computers. I will call support line tommorrow and try to figure it out. Thanks.

| I did not have to use the access code.....when I clicked on the Link from the email it took me right to the form.....then I was good to go....I hope I did this right..????

| Colleen you did it correct. She is all set thanks alot.
The access key is if you can't open/or did not receive the e-mail from 1Form and you need to register through cheersport. If you received the e-mail from 1Form you should be good to go.
