Why if we have no ice at Braehead and we are playing weekly at Kilmarnock do we have to pay for Kilmarnock, so in essence if we went to the hockey for the month we are paying 87.20 for the privilage (42 fees and 40 for Kilmarnock ice plus 5.20 to get into the Galleon). I could understand if we had ice somewhere else and it was extra!!!!!!

the money paid into the club account over the summer months is to build up the financial resource for the next season. If we use it to pay for summer ice at Kilmarnock, there would be a shortfall in the coming season.
Remember, our Budget is tightly based on 25 members all paying £504 per year, in the main to cover 9 months ice at Braehead. This season we haven’t had 25 members – at times we only had 20, but we never increased the fees to cover the reduced financial intake. Plus, we had to contend with members who fell behind with their fee payments – some of whom still haven’t caught up yet ; goalies who are on reduced fees ; players on membership maintenance ; unforeseen contributions to Christmas whing-dings! - All of which have made our current financial standing a bit tenuous.
For the month of April only, we could put it to the Committee that we use what finance we have left, after we clear off our invoices to Braehead, to pay for the guys who go to Killie, for that month. After that we should resist digging into next year’s resource, otherwise there could be many headaches ahead!

| Sorry guys I've been busy since I was at Killie a week past on Tuesday. Here is the first shot from there I've processed to prove I'm still alive :)
I'll try and have the rest available tonight, and I hope to get down on Tuesday, then I'm away to Germany for 10 days from Wednesday

| Guys! the Tuesday session depends on regular, commited attendance as it is done on a block booking basis i.e. take a guarateed, block booking for 10 weeks and it comes in cheaper than booking on a week to week basis. That means we really have to turn up!
