hii, im a gifford cheerleader and i was interested in cheering for ultimate too! i know that allie peppers did it and she was on gifford middle school cheer at the same time. im wondering, what kind of tumbling do you need for each level and what are like, the skills based on, for levels?
i dont really know alot about allstar cheerleading, but im planing on trying out.
can someone help me? (:
