| This is a great week to bring a friend to practice. We have had so many that want to come to Ultimate. So, bring them to practice to see how we do things.

| I have two girls who want to come see why we are the BEST but they can't come until Monday the 26th...is that ok?! They want to sign up for the new Vero Ultimate but want to check out ours to see what we are about :)
