| To say that I am proud of all of you is a vast understatement.
You played as a team with everyone doing their job. All the hard work of the year paid off and the win was well deserved.
I just want to thank my "co-coaches" Juan and John for all their efforts this year and for putting up with a football novice. o)

Well said Speedy. I have never been prouder of this bunch of lads than I am after last night. I wasn't just the fact that we won the League Cup final..it was the manner that we went about it. This was the toughest most physical game of the season (I have the bruises to prove it as I'm sure you all do). Middletown wanted it , but we wanted it much more. We battled for every ball, passed it around as much as the pitch would allow, we never got frustrated and we showed more heart and desire than they did.
One example of that was in the second half with the game still 0-0, Larry (who was playing up top) and Seba (who was playing right mid) tracked an Inter player all the way to the left sideline, halfway into our half and stopped him in his tracks as he tried to counter attack. There were many more moments like that in the game and little things like that make the difference between winning and losing.
Now when anyone looks back on the 2009-2010 season there can be no question which team was the best in the B league......

I'm very happy I found this team. We take the game seriously and take pride in giving our best. We think about the game, and we have a bar that gives us free rounds when we win. What's not to like.

| Guys, great win last night. You guys played awesome and deserved to win. I just glad you scored the second penalty because I don't think the ref would have given you a third one....
I was glad to be there to cheer you on. I also enjoyed the postgame celebrations.
I am so glad I found this team as it made my stay in NJ so much more fun. I started looking forward to coming back each week and Wednesdays became something to look forward to. You are a great and fun bunch of guys.
