We have been handing out the form to your child for all to fill out. You also can get a form from Tara or Sherry.
***IMPORTANT***
I you refuse filling out this form. Your child will not be able to participate in our program.
FYI: This is for tuition only. The form is to transfer your tuition amount from your credit card.
Option: You can pay for the whole year and receive a 10% discount. (tuition only)

| At the begining of the year I was charged twice for the same month that is why I switched to paying by check every month. What will prevent this from happening again?

| Not sure why that happend. But, we haven't had that problem. If it were to happen. We would give you your money back immediately. You wouldn't get a credit we would give you cash back.

| if i decide to pay for the whole year can that be with a credit card or does it have to be cash? is the year concidered to be from Jan 2011-Jan 2012?

| To receive the 10% discount you pay for entire season which is May-April.
