To whom it may concern:
I am a volunteer with Elk Grove Babe Ruth and I don't see the rest of the board except once a month. We received your request after our board meeting last month. I do not feel it is necessary to spend time getting you a refund until I have the time to see the rest of the board. It is rude of you to think we drop everything to return a payment to someone who signed up and then decided to back out. We are a nonprofit volunteer group. I will get you your refund minus the $25 non refundable amount to you when I see the other board members to get the check signed. I only heard your request for a refund once. Most people are not rude with regards to getting their refund instantly since they are the ones that signed up in the first place and they know we are all volunteers.
