My daughter will be turning 11 on Nov. 1, would I sign her up for 10U or would I sign her up under the 12U? I don't know what the cutoff date is for the age.

You are allowed to choose 10U or 12U in your situation. She was 10 yrs old on Jan. 1 so she qualifies for 10U or 12U.
