| I am new to this city so I am wondering if there are women's fastball leagues, what the age limit is (I am 40) and where I would get a hold of someone to join a team. I have played for 35 years and I am a pitcher and in-fielder. If there are no women my age that play, would I be able to help coach a team?

| Why not do both? :) We tried our first over 18 league last season and we had 3 teams. We are not sure if it's something we will do again. We would love for you to coach a team. We are always looking for coaches, especially women coaches, willing to make the commitment and teach the game. If you are interested please complete the coaching commitment form on the front page.
