I need guidance for my 14 year old daughter. She has come late to the softball scene, but shows natural aptitude. I'd really love to get her some serious playing time between now and high school tryouts in the spring, but volleyball is her first sport and we are typically out of town for the summer. Are there any late-spring, late-summer, or late fall leagues out there, or —- even better a winter league?

The NWGS league has a fall league that begins with practices in late August. Tryouts will be in early August - generally within the first 10 days of the month. The season concludes in early November. You can sign up for an email alert to notify you when registration begins or simply check back at our website for registration information.
