Great Game in Stratham

Great pitching, great defense and timely hitting characterized both teams in a great game played in Stratham. The game came down to the bottom of the 7th, bases loaded, 2 outs and Navy closer Gavin Bond having 2 strikes on Stratham's Tyler Ledeberg. Ledeberg hit a line drive through the gap to plate Griffin Ruffler for the walk off. Starters, Ethan VanDeWater and David Reed both pitched well. Van De Water also scored twice to help lead the Longhorns offense. Reed, Bond, Damon Grace, Lucas Welch and Andrew Hodsdon had timely hits for Navy.
