Terriers fell 6-3 to Pittsburgh Pandas on Sunday despite out-hitting them seven to six.
Pittsburgh Pandas took an early lead in the second inning. Chandler Stahl walked Austin Hoffman with the bases loaded to drive in a run.
Pittsburgh Pandas took the lead for good with one run in the fourth inning. In the fourth Hoffman hit a sacrifice fly to drive in a run.
Eric Mikulan earned the win for Pittsburgh Pandas. He went five innings, allowing three runs, five hits, and striking out two. Two relievers helped Pittsburgh Pandas close out the victory. M.P. Buckley threw one inning. Stahl took the loss for Terriers. He tossed four innings, allowing six runs, five hits, and striking out one.
Austin White, Andy Fletcher, and Dalton Davis each drove in one run to lead Terriers. Terriers was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. White made the most plays with seven.
Hoffman led Pittsburgh Pandas with two runs batted in. He went 1-for-1 on the day.
