Coach Bedford 12U Breeze Past Bobcats 12U- Mobraten

Coach Bedford 12U won big over Bobcats 12U- Mobraten 11-5 on Saturday.

A walk by Jake M put Bobcats 12U- Mobraten on the board in the top of the first.

Coach Bedford 12U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring five runs on three hits to take the lead, 5-1. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Peyton E that drove in two.

Bobcats 12U- Mobraten tied the game in the top of the second thanks to a walk by Ollie R, a ground out by Carter C, a walk by Oliver T, and a single by Matthew A.

Coach Bedford 12U took the lead in the bottom of the second. Jaxon O drew a walk, scoring one run, to give Coach Bedford 12U the lead, 6-5.

Coach Bedford 12U scored five runs on three hits in the bottom of the third inning. Case S drew a walk, scoring one run, a steal of home scored one run, and Peyton E doubled, scoring two runs.

Peyton E earned the win for Coach Bedford 12U. The starting pitcher gave up two hits and five runs over two innings, striking out three and walking six. Ollie R led things off on the mound for Bobcats 12U- Mobraten. The starter allowed three hits and six runs over one and one-third innings, striking out four and walking two. Blake G threw one inning of no-run ball for Coach Bedford 12U in relief. The reliever allowed one hit, striking out two and walking none.

Peyton E provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Coach Bedford 12U with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 2-for-2 on the day. Peyton E and Tucker B were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Coach Bedford 12U. Holden A, Nate H, Boaz G, Daelen P, Peyton E, Tucker B, Case S, and Max F each stole multiple bases for Coach Bedford 12U. Coach Bedford 12U ran wild on the base paths, tallying 23 stolen bases for the game. Coach Bedford 12U were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Nate H made the most plays with five.

Lucas P led Bobcats 12U- Mobraten with two hits in two at bats. Matthew A and Carter C each drove in one run for Bobcats 12U- Mobraten. Oliver T paced Bobcats 12U- Mobraten with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Oliver T, Matthew A, Jaydee G, Ollie R, Asher T, and Lucas P each stole multiple bases for Bobcats 12U- Mobraten. Bobcats 12U- Mobraten stole 18 bases in the game. Bobcats 12U- Mobraten were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Lucas P had the most chances in the field with four.
