Knicks topple Celtics behind Driggs and Favicchio The Knicks took complete control of the BBC standings with a convincing win over the Celtics, 50 to 26. The Knicks were led by 15 points from Matt Favicchio and 13 by Jack Driggs. Chris Felio also chipped in an early 3-pointer that set the tone for the game. The Celtics had trouble with the Knicks defense. Tyler Patounas had 15, and Aidan Childs scored 7. The Knicks now appear to be ready to win the BBC regular season title.
