Cardinals ground game too much for the Eagles!
The Sierra Vista Cardinals proved on Saturday that their ground game is unmatched. Rushing for 514 yards against the Eagles, the Birds had three different players clear the 100 yard mark. The Defense looked salty after a slow start in the 1st half, halting any hopes of a second half score from the Eagles. All while the Cardinals continued to run at will. The Redbirds advance to 4-1-1 and are awaiting a showdown with a Vail Trojans(Maroon) team this coming Saturday.
