Players need to fill out this form each season.
New Volunteer Application Form
All NEW Managers, Coaches, Umpires, Team Parents, and Other team Volunteers (such as if you help out at practices) are required to fill out this application and authorize HTLL to run a background check (no cost to you).
Returning Volunteer Application Form
