Tryout Registration Form
Please print and complete this form to be turned in at tryouts. A $20 facility fee is also required to participate in tryouts. No exceptions.
Tryouts will be held Sunday, February 9TH, 2014 at the Niles Wellness Center. Please arrive dressed and ready to practice at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tyrout session.
Girls grades 7&8: 12:30-2:00 P.M.
Boys grades 7&8: 2:00-3:30 P.M.
Girls High School: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2014
Boys High School: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2014
Boys grades 4-6: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Girls grades 4-6: 3:30-5:00 p.m.
