The mission of Fairless Steel Baseball is to provide an environment that enhances the growth, development and exposure opportunities for high school baseball players.  Fairless Steel’s baseball program strives to develop young people into successful athletes and leaders with character and a passion for excellence, both in baseball and in life.

On the field, through practice and competition, we teach development of high-level baseball skills and the importance of preparation, teamwork, good sportsmanship, attention to detail, confidence, appropriate responses to success and adversity and the development of leadership.   

Fairless Steel Baseball is dedicated to providing quality baseball instruction and tournament team baseball without the high costs of a typical tournament team.
