Greetings from your new Commissioner

As we soon begin our 26^th season, the “Winnipeg Old-Timers Soccer League” (WOSL or WINOSL) would like to welcome two new teams to our league, Lucania Old-Timers FC and Latin United FC and our new President, Marcello Paolucci.

A special thank you goes out to our outgoing president, Manuel Felgueiras and my predecessor, Paul Cespe, for the splendid work these two gentlemen did over the past 25 years!

As your new commissioner, I will do my best to instill fairness and an enjoyable playing experience for all. For instance, to accommodate weekends for your families, all regular season games will be played on weekdays. Playoff games meanwhile will be played on weekends to allow for sufficient daylight due to some games going to extra time.

I ask that you please be patient with our referees and make good sportsmanship your priority.

I wish you all an enjoyable soccer season.
