    This is the home web site for the Capital District 11-12 Senior Basketball League. For the 2023-2024 season, the league has 9 teams. The league is looking to expand next season as members of the Capital District 9-10 Senior League age into 11th grade and are looking to continue playing senior league basketball.

    This is the home of the Capital District 9-10 Senior League. For the 2023-2024 season, the league has 9 teams. The league is looking to expand, and welcomes those Junior Boys players who will be graduating into 9th grade next year.
