L.P. Wilson Recreation Center, Windsor
L. P. Wilson is very easy to reach from I-91. Use Exit 35B (and I stress the B) which is the first exit north of Hartford in Windsor. If you are coming off I-91 northbound, take a left at the end of the exit ramp, cross over the highway and then take a right onto Matianuck Avenue at the light, which is 2-3 blocks west of I-91. Go about 3/10 of a mile north on Matianuck Avenue and you will see the L. P. Wilson Center on your left. It will look a lot like a school! There are two softball fields there. We will be using the one closer to the parking lot. For anyone using GPS, the address of the L. P. Wilson Center is 599 Matianuck Avenue, Windsor.
