The 7U Highlands Travel Baseball program is a Summer season of practices and games. The expectation is to have the team participate in the NEBAS baseball league and enter the 7U/8U Coach Pitch division. This division only exists in the Summer and is in contrast to the 8U Kids Pitch division. The template in past was 2 games a week for 5 weeks (10 games), running mid-June to mid-July. Most of the practices will start early June, 1-2x a week. "Assessments" are anticipated in the last week of May and are mostly designed to help ensure safety of the kids and equally divide teams. Uniforms and helmets are included for all participants.
We are always looking for volunteer coaches, so if you are interested, please let us know through the registration form.
Note that the 7U level is for kids born between Sep 1, 2016 and Aug 31, 2017. Also, information on days of the week for practices/games is not available in advance and we do not take specific team requests.
