1. If the ball goes over the fence on a bounce, goes onto the trampoline goes under the trampoline, fence, or goes through one of the openings- it is a ground-rule double. 

2. You start with a 1-1 count. 4 balls is a reset after 3 resets it is a walk. 3 strikes is an out. Fouling it off into the strike zone with two strikes is not an out. 

3. If you are hit by a pitch, it is ruled a ball.

4. A player cannot lean in on the plate intentionally to get hit by the pitch.

5. If the ball hits a tree it is an automatic foul unless it goes over the fence.

6. The ball can go through the holes in the deck and it is a home run. 

7. Anything over the green fence, over the wall, on the deck, above the window, or over the white fence is a home run.

8. It must go past the spray painted line that is painted 10 feet out. If it doesn't it a foul and a strike.

9. The ball must hit the black strike zone to be a strike. 

10. You can peg the runner of the bounce or in the air. At first base, you can hit the target instead of hitting the runner if you want to.

11. You must stand inside the painted batter's box. Your foot can be on the line.

12. A mercy is if you are up by 30 runs after 1 inning. Up 20 runs after 2 innings. Games are 3 innings long.

13. Time limit of 1 hour and 20 minutes. 

14. 2 outs per inning.

15. You have to throw lobs from the front mound. You can throw as hard as you want from the back mound.

16. You must use the original Wiffle ball bat.

17. No scuffed balls.

18. For playoffs, it is 5 inning games. Still 2 outs.

19. Unlimited amount of runs per inning in playoffs and regular season.

20. No stealing or leading.

21. There are no balks.

22. If a ball is hit into the field and a fielder tries to throw the ball at a runner going to third and he misses the runner and it goes over the fence all the runners are granted an extra base.

23. If only one person on your team is missing you do not get an extra player. You only get one if two players on your team are missing.
