Seasons:

We run two seasons per year

Summer Season:
January through April

Fall Season:
Sept through December

Season Agenda:

Pre-Season Regular Season Playoffs
  • Registration
  • Evaluations
  • Player Drafts
  • Practices Start
  • Skills & Coaches Clinics
  • T-Ball teams play 1 game per week
  • 8U-18U teams generally play 2x week
  • Regular season will be 8-12 games
  • Team also practice1x week
  • Playoffs are normally double-elimination
  • and occur over approximately 2 weeks

15-18U 15-18 Full Softball Rules

 

Weston Explosion will also place players into divisions based on skill and developmental level when appropriate.

Rules:

We use USSSA fastpitch rules.

Coaches and Volunteers

Weston Explosion welcomes everyone who wishes to volunteer as a coach or any other role.
Volunteers are accorded a much larger voice in the program

All volunteers will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
NO ONE is allowed to be on the field of play without passing our required background check.
