The Board members of the Woodcliff Lake / Montvale Jr. Cowboys Wrestling Program welcomes you to the 2024-25 wrestling season. We are a non-profit recreation program open for participation to all resident children grades K-8 in the towns of Woodcliff Lake and Montvale.

The goal of the Program is to promote the sport of wrestling to area youth through instructional training of proper wrestling techniques, as well as prepare them for high school wrestling at Pascack Hills. Our coaching staff conducts all training in an environment designed to promote a fun and informative training experience. Hard work, dedication and sportsmanship are the foundation, and it is through positive reinforcement that our staff provides the best possible training.

As we begin this wrestling season, please remember that the coaching staff has high expectations of character for all persons associated with the Program. Every coach, wrestler and parent is not only a representative of this Program, but of our communities. Our actions are as important as our words, so please lead by example, and remember to show our young athletes the true definition of “good sportsmanship”.

Our program is a member of the Twin County Junior Wrestling League and Parental involvement with the Programs activities is necessary to our success. Many volunteers are needed to assist with Home matches. With your participation we look forward to a very sucessfull program and a wonderful wrestling experience for all who attend.
