Conestoga Valley Youth Basketball

Conestoga Youth Basketball sponsors four travel teams in the Lancaster Lebanon Travel League during the winter basketball season.

Travel Basketball is competitive team basketball that plays against other schools in Lancaster & Lebanon counties.

A serious commitment of 3 to 4 activities per week and the ability to travel to other schools is required. Activities could include 3 practices or 2 practices and a game or 1 practice and 2 games. Games and practices could be on evenings and/or weekends.

There is no guarantee for even playing time although travel coaches are encouraged to exceed the league minimum requirements.

Boys have a 5th Grade and 6th Grade Team.

Girls have a 4th/5th Grade and 6th Grade Team.

Approximately 10 players per team are selected from a tryout process.

Tryouts typically occur in November and the season runs from November through February, depending on playoffs and tournaments.

Home games and practices typically take place at Fritz Elementary School gymnasium.
