Tournament Rules

All teams will play 2 games guaranteed. Teams will play 2 pool play games ( 8u,9u,10u, 11u,12U,13U:1hr 30min(no new) 1hr 40min drop dead (Ump can allow last inning to be completed if game is in the bottom of the inning)
14U,15U,16U: 1hr 45min (no new) 1hr 55min (drop dead) (Ump can allow last inning to be completed if game is in the bottom of the inning)
Best 2 records will advance to play in a 2HR drop dead  Championship Game. ***All teams must be available to start their scheduled games 15 min before scheduled game time. Teams must supply (2) baseballs for each game. All teams must submit tournament roster form (fully completed with parents signatures), team birth certificates and team insurance before their first game (NO EXCEPTION). If you have players that are over age on your roster they will be asked to sit out of all games. All rosters are final once submitted and no changes can be made.

BEST RECORD, RUNS ALLOWED, RUNS SCORED, HEAD TO HEAD
 
Pitching Rules:
8U,9U,10U,11U,12U,13U,14U,16U,18U is OPEN. (Coaches think of the players future not a WIN)
 
Batting Rules:
All teams can bat 9 or 10 batters or entire roster. All age groups can have an EH (Extra Hitter) if they choose to bat 10. Both a DH and EH may be used at the same time. All age brackets may choose to bat their entire lineup and have free substitutions.
 
Run Rule:
10 runs after 4th inning, 8 runs after 5th inning
 

Please read before entering in this event:

  • The deadline to drop out is Monday week of Tournament. Any drops after that will be subject to a $35 penalty fee and forfeit all entry fees. 
  • NO DROPS ARE ALLOWED ONCE A DIVISION IS FULL.
  • Last day to sign up for the event is Monday week of Tournament if not already full.
  • Make check/money order payable to: AG3
  • Please send all checks/ money orders to 1234 Nolan Ave Chula Vista Ca., 91911
  • All teams must pay $275 by check or money order (made out to: AG3) NO PAYPAL OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED and must mail out and have payment received by us no later than Tuesday the week of Tournament. Any NSF checks will include a $35 penalty fee and you will have to pay by money order in advance for all future events from then on.
  • Teams paying cash at the fields must send their check/money order deposit ($100) fee by Tuesday the week of tournament.
  • The remaining $175 will need to be paid BEFORE their 1st game on Sunday. Your 1st game will not start until fees are paid.
  • By registering for this event, you agree to pay and play following all Policies and Guidelines.
