- It is mandatory to check in your team 1 hour prior to game time. There will be a check in booth at each location.
- Please bring the following at check in: Completed official DMND KING Roster (see online forms) with parentsignatures, Proof of Team Insurance, and copies of birth certificates.
- Schedules/Brackets will be sent Thursday by 9pm week of Tournament. They are not final till Friday at 6pm. Changes will only occur if a error was made on Schedule. You will be notified of any changes by Friday 6pm.
- Game times request will only be considered for the teams that either pay by check or money order in advance. Teams paying cash at the field will not be granted any request unless they pay their deposit fee ($100) in advance. Requests are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate any request.
- Scores will be posted throughout the day at the information booth. Playoff seedings will be posted once the last game of the day has finished
