11U tournament Rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Double elimination 2 game guarantee

2. 7 innings per game.  The ten run rule will take effect after 4 1/2 innings.

3. Maximum of 13 players per team

4. The highest seeded team in each game will be considered the home team

5. Players must be 11 years of age or younger on April 1st.

6. There will no max pitching limit. Coaches are strongly encouraged to use the MLB pitch smart protocol 

7. Each participating team is limited to only 1 manager, 3 coaches and one score keeper in the dugout.  No parents or other coaches are permitted in the dugout or behind the back stop.

8. The highest seeded team in each game will be considered the home team.

9. One team warning will be given for the first player throwing a bat, on the second occurrence for the violating team the player throwing the bat will be called out. The out will occur even if the batter hits a fair ball !!!!! All on base runners will return to base they were on before the hit occurred. 

10. Equipment: Molded cleats or tennis shoes are allowed. NO METAL SPIKES ALLOWED!!!!!!

10A. Bats: The diameter at the thickest part of the bat must be 2 5/8 or less with minus 11 weight differential or less.
