Fall Ball 2017

Registration 

• You may sign up for fall ball now by mail until July 26th.  The following forms can be found in Handouts on the left side of the page.
  • Fall Ball Registration form (only need if you did not play in summer 2017)
  • BPFA Signature Page (only need if you did not play in summer 2017)
  • BPFA Medical Information form 
  • Payment of $125 by mail
• You may register online from July 18th-28th.
• Registration form is online starting July 18th
• Medical Information form in Handouts
• Signature Page in Handouts (only need if you didn't play in summer 2017)
• Payment of $125 can be online or by mail:

                         We must receive the above by July 28th so we can form teams and register them with the league!

September 16th - Week 4 (8U, 10U, and 12U)

September 17th - Week 4 (14U, 16U and 18U)

September 23rd - 8U, 10U and 12U Fall State

September 24th - 14U, 16U and 18U Fall State
