In the event of school closures for inclement weather practice will be cancelled.

In the event of an early dismissal for inclement weather practice will be cancelled.

In the event of a late opening for inclement weather, practice will still be held that evening.

If inclement weather hits after school is dismissed, it is up to the Hereford Rec Council and the coaches to determine the cancellation of practice. An email will be sent out in the event practice is cancelled after school.
