Every year we take the opportunity to honor a former player by naming our League/ Divisions in their name, this year we have decide name the entire league after Justin Fields, a young man, who exemplified the true meaning of hard work, determination and discipline.

 Back in the “Box”, a gym that has produced a few NBA/European professional athletes, several college standouts and numerous high school standouts, we live by a simple code, “Go Hard/Go Home”. Justin always went hard on the court and demanded everyone around him do the same.

So as we celebrate our 25^thAnniversary of the league, we will also pay homage to the life of Justin Fields and the outstanding characteristics he displayed in life as well as on the court.

A Player from every age group will be presented the Justin Field’s player award, coaches we ask that each week, you help us select a player of the game and forward their name to us via email with a brief write up. At the conclusion of the league we will award one player from each age group with the Justin Fields Go Hard/Go Home Award.

You can locate your team's CFL schedule/standings/game results by clicking the link to the right under menu, here you will locate the schedule, standings and game locations. 

Coaches you will also be able to posted schedules, pick up the password at your first game.

Reminder: All gyms will charge a $2.00 admission fee to enter the games, we also insist that any basketball be with the cpaching staff at all times. No one is allowed the court without an unifrom and only during your game.

No outside food allowed in the gyms.

In appreciation for all you, who participated in the league, came out to watch the young people play or just support the cause of keeping our youngsters involved in positive athletic activities. Thank you, stay safe and until we meet again, God Speed to you and yours.
