Refund Policy:
Panhandle Basketball will not be held liable for any tournament cancellations that are out of our control. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, acts of God, etc. In any case of such, the Tournament Director reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or the time of games and/or postpone or delay game times and/or cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation out of Panhandle Basketball's control, a registered team's payment will be applied to an upcoming event of their choice.
