Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a program for boys and girls that allows them the opportunity to become team players and understand what sportsmanship is all about. We are a fundamentally based program with 100% participation of all children. We believe that a successful season will not be judged by wins or loses, but by how many eligible participants return the folling year.

We understand that from time to time, concerns arise about various matters and we are hopeful that through proper communcation, we can resolve your concerns in a timely manner.

The Parkland Rangers is a self governing organization who participates within the Gold Coast Pop Warner Conference, who participates within the Southeast Region of Pop Warner who participates within Pop Warner Little Scholars, a national organization. Any and all disputes are to be handled by the local organizations. Our conference, region and national partners have no mechanism for handling local disputes as there are more than 450,000 participants in Pop Warner annually.

Football Grievances
If you have a grievance with a coach, please direct your grievance to the Head Coach of that team. If the Head Coach does not resolve your grievance to your satifaction, please e-mail Info@ParklandRangers.com and the Board of Directors will review your grievance and get back to you within 48-hours. This applies to grievances with the Head Coach as well as Assistant Coaches.
Grievances are NEVER to be directed to assistant coaches.

Any other football related grievances should be e-mailed to Info@ParklandRangers.com and the Board of Directors will review your grievance and get back to you within 48-hours.

Cheer Grievances
If you have a grievance with a cheer coach or any other cheer related issue, please direct your grievance to our Cheer Commissioner, Heather Jean. You can e-mail Heather at Cheer@ParklandRangers.com. If Heather does not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, please e-mail Info@ParklandRangers.com and the Board of Directors will review your grievance and get back to you within 48-hours.

All Other Grievances
Please e-mail any other grievances to Info@ParklandRangers.com and the Board of Directors will review your grievance and get back to you within 48-hours.
