The team is currently coached by Head Coach Joe Montantino, who has been coaching now in the Nitro organization for the past 7 years at the 14U, 16U and 18U levels. He is also the current Head Coach of the West Babylon Varisty High School team after 3 years as the Varsity Head Coach at the Copaigue HS.
He is assisted by two assistant coaches in Chloe Montanino, the daughter of Coach Joe as well as Emma Helmers, both were past Team Nitro players that have decided to come back and give back to the game they love.
TNLI 16U will be challenging themselves in tournament both on and off of Long Island.
